Jacuzzi wasn't working it would of been nice if they had posted in their site also we did get to use the gym it was great but do to the covid situation you have to book it before hand it would of been nice if that info could have been known before booking if your looking forward to those amenities

The staff was very nice and gave great recommendations for dinner. Most importantly though a housekeeper named Annette was very sweet from the first time I got on the elevator with her to the third time. She is what made me very happy with this stay. Please give her a smile for us.

The only complaint I have, I left my tablet behind and when I called to inform the staff , they seemed unconcerned. I even left my number and I haven't received a callback. Which leads .e to believe the someone on the cleaning staff kept it or the room wasn't cleaned properly.

My family loved everything about our stay. The best nights rest. Pillows and beds were very comfy. Loved the shampoo/conditioner & shower gels in the shower. Breakfast was a plus. Customer service at the front desk was good too.
